“First Professional Development Forum of Foreign Language Youth Scholars” and “Coaching Base of International Talents” has been held and established in NUC, Shanxi Province of China, 13th, April，2019.

     The forum has been the first convention for youth scholars of foreign language study, and organized in Jingyu International Conference Center of NUC(North University of China) with more than three hundred representatives attendance from thirty four universities of China.

     Signature and unveiling of “Coaching Base of International Talents” by NUC and Foreign Assessment Center of China from Beijing Foreign Studies University took place on the same day. As the exclusive test center of “ETIC” in Taiyuan, NUC has carried on ETIC a couple of times  successfully for more than three hundred candidates from major universities in Shanxi Province.
